This release brings together everything we delivered in the first quarter of 2026: more powerful reporting and integrations, live video streaming, a wider range of supported devices and sensors, and many improvements across the web and mobile apps. See below the functionalities:
1. Custom reports
- Build your own report templates, now including telemetry data and asset groups
- Control who can access each custom report
- Filter trip and zone reports by country, county/state and city
- Sorting on reports, and a “show all assets” option on the trips report
- Large reports now run in the background and download when ready
- Reports are now available in French, and weekly summaries follow your local date and number formats
2. Webhooks & API
- Deliver reports via webhooks, including custom report templates, fuel summary, work modes and processed fuel sensor data
- CSV output on the devices’ current data API
- Idling added to the trips summary API, and API trip details now match the web app
3. Video telematics
- Live streaming for Howen devices, with multi-channel support, lower latency and streams that end automatically
- An improved video player, and video access from the alerts page
- Video links directly from the Control Room map
4. Alerts & notifications
- Fully customisable notification templates with smart placeholders, plus “restore default”
- Alerts translated into each user’s language
- Shortened links in SMS alerts to keep messages within length
- Send platform emails through Microsoft 365
- New SMS gateway integrations: Capitole, EasyTech and ClickSend
5. Zones, routes & speeding
- New, smoother zone drawing tools
- Route alerts
- Overspeed events with a minimum-duration threshold, so brief spikes don’t trigger alerts
6. Hardware & sensors
- Starlink protocol support
- Meitrack: GPRS commands, CANbus data and ignition events
- ADM: CANbus and sensor data
- GT06: extended alarm support
- Teltonika: tyre pressure sensors (FMC650), door and seatbelt status, and EV high-voltage battery data
- Eye beacon sensors: temperature, humidity and battery
- BLE fuel frequency sensors
- Howen: passenger counting and alarms
- Assistant Telematics: events and wired ignition
- CANbus coolant temperature events
- Bulk device commands are now sent in batches for faster, more reliable delivery
- Data forwarding over MQTT with certificate authentication
7. Web app & admin
- A faster grouped asset menu
- Reseller tools: move a client between accounts
- Custom asset images with alt text
- Login history now shows IP address and device information
- Add Asset wizard improvements, including beacons and static assets
- Security enhancements, including automatic session token refresh and stronger input validation
- Swahili translation
8. Mobile app
- Grouped asset menu on mobile
- “Show my location” with follow mode, closest assets, and faster location requests
- More reliable push notifications
- An improved Android app update
