In this build we have made the following improvements and added the following features:
- Added circular geo zones to complement the existing polygon zones.
- Added multi-asset alerts, to complement the existing alerts for “all assets” and “single assets”.
- Added Historical scan report (e.g. if a company-branded van was spotted misbehaving, you can scan the area with the time range and see which van it was).
- Added probability location report (select an asset and select day(s) and times and it will tell you where the car is most likely to be, based on its history – useful for asset finance recovery).
- Added Grouped asset feature where multiple assets are grouped under a single map icon with an asset count at far-out zoom levels.
- Massive re-write of data import systems with further separation of microservices with huge performance enhancements.
- Performance upgrades to database scripts to reduce contention.
- Added Google Maps directions icon to asset bubble and asset menu so you can navigate to assets using google maps (works on desktop and mobile mode).
- Added shared asset external links so you can share live location with external people and link will expire/stop working when specified, including a full audit trail to show who has seen/shared these links.
- Improved fuel calibration setup.
- Added BGP, load balancers (automatic failover), and round-robin to the geocoding servers.
- API enhancements.
- Added Visual Heat Map report for seeing where assets spend most of the time.
- Various bug fixes and stability improvements.
