This build has been a major milestone for us. As well as a slew of bug fixes and improvements, we have worked really hard on the performance and speeds of the web-app.
There are also a few new features that we have added, the main one being “true” live tracking on the map page. Now instead of the asset positon updating periodically through a refresh, the latest data received from each asset is pushed straight to the web-browser for instant updates. This dramatically improves the look and feel of live monitoring on the map page and ensures the latest information is always visible.
Another major improvement we have made is to the trip replay section. In the trip list, we now list the stoppages and their duration between trips.
Other features we have added include:
- 1A new maintenance section on asset info where you can set reminders
- 2A few new reports have been added to the standard list
